Plumbing Prices in Singapore
Most plumbing companies in Singapore will not put a number on a page. We will. The figures below are the typical going rates for plumbing work in Singapore in 2026, compiled from published price guides across the market, so you can see roughly what a job should cost before anyone comes to your door.
They are ranges, not quotations. What you pay depends on what we find on site, and you get a firm price from us before any work begins. If a job turns out more complex than it looked, we stop and requote rather than adding it to the invoice at the end.
Chokes and Drain Clearing
| Service | Typical price |
|---|---|
| Clear a choked toilet bowl | $80 – $180 |
| Clear a choked kitchen sink | $80 – $150 |
| Clear a choked floor trap | $80 – $150 |
| Clear a bathroom basin or shower drain | $70 – $130 |
| Machine clearing (powered cable, deeper blockages) | $150 – $250 |
| High pressure jet flushing (grease lines, recurring chokes) | $250 – $500 |
| CCTV drain inspection (repeat blockages) | $180 – $300 |
Method matters. A hand tool bores a channel through a blockage; jet flushing strips the pipe wall. If a drain has blocked more than twice, the cheaper method has already been tested and did not hold.
Leaks and Leak Detection
| Service | Typical price |
|---|---|
| Repair an exposed pipe leak | $80 – $350 |
| Leak detection (thermal imaging or acoustic) | $180 – $350 |
| Repair a concealed pipe leak | $250 – $1,500 |
| Burst pipe, emergency repair | $150 – $350 |
| Reseal a leaking tap or pipe joint | $60 – $120 |
| Ceiling leak inspection with written report | $150 – $300 |
Concealed leaks are quoted after detection, never before. The cost depends entirely on where the leak turns out to be and how much has to be opened up to reach it. Any plumber quoting a firm price for a concealed leak over the phone is guessing.
Installations and Replacements
| Service | Typical price |
|---|---|
| Replace a tap or mixer | $80 – $200 |
| Replace a shower set or shower mixer | $120 – $250 |
| Replace a toilet flush system or cistern internals | $150 – $250 |
| Supply and install a new toilet bowl | $250 – $500 |
| Install a washbasin or kitchen sink | $120 – $300 |
| Replace a bottle trap or flexible hose | $60 – $120 |
| Install a bidet spray | $80 – $150 |
| Supply and install an instant water heater | $280 – $650 |
| Supply and install a storage water heater | $350 – $750 |
| Replace a water heater, labour only | $80 – $150 |
Water heater prices include the unit unless the line says labour only. Installing or relocating a toilet bowl and any work on sanitary or water supply pipework is regulated work under PUB rules and is carried out by a licensed plumber.
Call-Out and After Hours
| Service | Typical price |
|---|---|
| Call-out or inspection visit | $50 – $120 |
| Evening, weekend or public holiday surcharge | +30% to +100% |
If your situation is contained, for instance you have already shut off the stopcock, we will tell you so and book you for normal hours rather than charging an after-hours rate you do not need.
About these figures: these are typical Singapore market ranges for 2026, compiled from published price guides across the plumbing industry. Singapore has no regulated price schedule for plumbing work. Ask whether any quote you receive, from us or anyone else, includes GST, and whether the call-out fee is waived if you proceed.
